Adam Multz
Adam provides all-encompassing marketing and advertising expertise to anyone looking to grow their business. Being able to always keep an open mind, Adam is the first to know about all things contemporary and state-of-the-art. Having spent the past eight years working with some of the biggest companies, Adam has mastered the various forms of marketing and advertising. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing, he uses his creative thought process to find the best approach to help his clients achieve success. Adam brings over eight years of high-volume operational experience to the substance abuse and mental health industry. His vast amount of knowledge in all things digital advertising has been instrumental in building the organization. Reaching all facets of a successful substance abuse multi-location organization, Adam’s expertise allows him to excel at leading team supervision of new acquisitions, ramping-up staffing, call center integration, generating new leads, admissions, accounting and collections.

Allison Trim
Allison Trim attended Temple University studying Public Health, which gave her a firm understanding of how to tackle societal problems systematically. Her education coupled with her personal experience in recovery affords her the expertise and compassion to truly help individuals struggling with mental health or substance use disorders. Allison is also a certified interventionist (CNDAI II) with the ability to provide many resources for family members seeking help for their loved ones. Allison has worked in the behavioral health field for the last 5 years. She has played a pivotal role in assisting behavioral health facilities to grow and create processes and procedures to ensure that each patient is treated based on their individual needs. Allison has extensive experience in providing each patient and their family with the support they need to not just survive but to truly heal and thrive and maintain lasting recovery.

Zachary Levenson
With over 12 years of executive experience in the Substance Use and Behavioral Health sector, Zachary brings deep industry expertise to the Diamond Group. His academic background in communications honed his leadership and interpersonal skills, ultimately guiding him toward his true professional focus—finance and accounting. As a specialist in managerial accounting, Zachary excels at designing workflows that align with operational needs and implementing financial strategies that promote scalable growth. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, he adeptly manages complex, multi-entity cash flows, ensuring both financial transparency and operational efficiency. A trusted and proven leader, Zachary acts as a critical liaison between executive teams and investors, fostering clarity, trust, and alignment. With a steadfast commitment to financial stewardship and project profitability, he takes pride in delivering results that drive enterprise value and long-term success.

Seth Kaminsky
Seth Kaminsky is the Chief Operating Officer of Diamond Recovery Group, bringing over two decades of expertise in behavioral healthcare to the role. Throughout his career, Seth has been instrumental in leading operations teams, enhancing systems, and implementing evidence- based practices to improve treatment outcomes. Before joining Diamond Recovery Group, Seth held several senior operational leadership roles. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health, Executive Director at Groups Recover Together, and both Regional Vice President and Executive Director at other behavioral healthcare organizations. In these capacities, he spearheaded strategic planning, process improvements, and managed the day-to-day operations of multistate inpatient and outpatient treatment organizations. Seth’s journey in behavioral healthcare began as a clinician, treating individuals affected by addiction. This foundation in direct patient care informs his commitment to creating impactful and sustainable systems of support. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stockton University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Tulane University. Outside of work, Seth enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.

Kesi Ross
Kesi Ross brings over six years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within the Mental/Substance Abuse Treatment industry, to her new role as HR Director at Diamond Recovery. Born in Miami, FL, and rooted in the vibrant culture of Trinidad & Tobago, Kesi embodies a blend of diverse experiences and a strong commitment to her field. Kesi earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. Her professional expertise encompasses recruitment, benefits management, employee relations, and the creation and implementation of comprehensive human resources systems. Outside of her professional life, Kesi is an avid beachgoer, gym enthusiast, and traveler who loves exploring new dining experiences. Her dynamic background and passion for improving workplace environments make her a valuable addition to the Diamond Recovery team.

Osbaldo Martinez
Osbaldo Martinez, LVN, is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse who graduated from the University of Antelope Valley in 2017 with a focus in Vocational Nursing. Known for being a loving and attentive caregiver, Osbaldo is dedicated to providing high-quality care to every patient. With strong leadership skills and a natural ability to work well with others, Osbaldo brings both professionalism and warmth to every clinical setting. His years of hands-on experience have shaped him into a reliable and trusted healthcare provider. Patients and colleagues alike appreciate his calm presence and commitment to excellence.

Miranda Dean
Miranda Dean is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with a strong passion for patient care and a deep commitment to helping others heal. A graduate of High Desert Medical College in Lancaster, CA, Miranda brings a wide range of clinical experience to her role, including expertise in care planning, wound care, IV therapy, and emergency response. With certifications in BLS, CPR, IV administration, and wound care, Miranda has served as both a Charge Nurse and Desk Nurse, consistently ensuring compassionate, high-quality care across various clinical settings. Known for her calm presence, sharp clinical skills, and genuine empathy, Miranda thrives in environments where she can make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families. Her dedication to nursing goes beyond duty—it’s a calling rooted in her love for people and her belief in providing care with kindness and respect every step of the way.

Eric Chaghouri
Dr. Eric Chaghouri is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in co-occurring psychiatric and addictive disorders. A UCLA graduate and former Scholar-Athlete of the Year, he earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency at LAC+USC Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He later completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship at the USC Institute of Psychiatry and Law. Based in Southern California, Dr. Chaghouri leads a thriving practice and consults with attorneys, courts, and media on complex psychiatric issues. His interests include addiction medicine, forensic psychiatry, and evidence-based mental health care.

Alison Tsai, M.S., LMFT
Alison is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. Throughout her career, Alison has been committed to providing compassionate, individualized care for her clients. She believes in a collaborative therapeutic approach, where the therapist and client work together as partners to create meaningful change. Alison’s empathetic and respectful nature allows her to build a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their challenges and work toward their goals. With a deep commitment to the well-being of her clients, Alison views therapy not just as a tool to address current challenges, but as a lifelong journey of personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. Jacklyn Jung is a clinician/therapist at Eternal Purpose Recovery with more than two years of hands-on experience in clinical practice, which has helped her build a strong foundation in providing direct therapeutic services. Jacklyn holds a Master’s in Social Work and is deeply passionate about serving and advocating for individuals who are vulnerable and underserved in society. Jacklyns goal is to help clients realize that, despite their circumstances or history, they can achieve a fulfilling life. Jacklyn firmly believes that one’s past does not define their present or dictate their future—each person has the ability to take their life in any direction they choose in the here and now.

Christina De Leon holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and is a dedicated Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) with extensive experience serving children, teens, adults, and families. Christina has worked across various settings, including schools, non-profits, and the foster care system, providing support to individuals facing complex challenges. Specializing in mental health, Christina integrates a trauma-informed care approach with a recovery-focused model to help clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and resilience. Christina understands the importance of cultural competence and equitable care. At the core of Christina’s practice is a strengths-based perspective and client-centered approach. By prioritizing trust-building, Christina takes the time to genuinely listen and learn about each client as an individual. This approach ensures that every client feels seen, heard, and empowered in their journey.
