Treatment Plan Overview
By creating a safe, comfortable, and healing environment, Eternal Purpose Recovery Center is the ideal place where personal transformation occurs. Treatment planning is essential to gaining a sustainable recovery.
We offer an array of addiction treatment modalities and services that ensure that clients’ personal needs are addressed. Our intimate setting holds a maximum of six clients per house (four houses for a total of 24 clients), which enables our professional team to structure an individualized treatment plan that promotes long-term recovery for each client.
The treatment plan is based on the client: the level of care a client is currently in, the major issues and physiological symptoms confronting him/her, and his/her personal and professional goals. Clients’ treatment plan also helps our professional team monitor clients’ progress and dictates when treatment adjustments need to be made.
